Mini is the founder of MN Consultancy. She comes with a vast corporate experience of 30 years, mainly in Operations and HR. In her last corporate stint, she was heading HR for a TPA in Bangalore. Has played varied Leadership roles in Service Delivery Companies like the Telecom, DTH, BPO s and Medical Insurance sector. Last 12 years of Corporate experience also gave her immense exposure to handle roles of Ethical officer and Chairperson of POSH Committees.
She is a certified POSH Trainer and a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from Diversity Training University International, California.
Mini speaks 7 Indian languages which helps her connect naturally with people. She inadvertently brings to fore her multi lingual skills even while training, which helps her connect with her audience.
